Throughout Lisa’s tenure in the mortgage industry, she has become known as a builder of businesses. Most recently building out the Sprout Mortgage platform in the NonQM space focusing on technology, operations, training and execution through securitization. In 2018, she joined NewRez (formerly New Penn Financial) in developing their national correspondent lending strategy and growth into a top 10 organization targeted in 2019. As both a consultant and employee her accomplishments also include, Home Point Financial Business Transformation, Ellie Mae Total Quality Loan and EVP American Brokers Conduit (ABC) where Lisa Schreiber led the vision and implementation of the platform that drove ABC to become the fastest growing and most respected wholesale mortgage lender in the industry.

Lisa believes her business success is closely interconnected with her quest for knowledge and a drive to succeed. Her approach to each challenge continues to lead her to grow in each position she undertakes, both in operations and sales leadership to becoming a sought after leader in her industry when looking to undertake new growth initiatives.

Lisa has been recognized as a valued speaker and consultant in her industry and has expanded her efforts to working with charitable organizations. Today, Lisa is an advisor to an NGO, The Grandmother Project. Lisa believes education is the key to success and is therefore focusing on building a “platform of knowledge” for those in need so that they can follow their own passions, build self confidence, and ultimately a successful future.
